FRIDAY, OCTOBER 13
6:00 PM TO 10:00 PM

LACUNA LOFTS
2150 S. CANALPORT
CHICAGO, IL 60608

This one of a kind event will feature Chicago’s best Korean food under one roof all to benefit North Korean Refugees.

There has been plenty of news about North Korea this year but it is often difficult to sift through the headlines and find a way to help. Crossing Borders and the Korean American Coalition of Chicago want to make that easy. All you have to do is show up and eat.

Crossing Borders helps North Korean refugees who are hunted down, trafficked and oppressed in China. China represents the largest population of North Koreans outside North Korea with a population estimated to be about 200,000.

On October 13 at 6 p.m., we are hosting a unique event, Eat for North Korean Refugees. We've invited renowned chefs from the Chicago area to cook Korean and Korean-inspired food. Beer and cocktails are included.

Space is limited and tickets for the event will only be pre-sold online. This is an all-ages event.

All proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to provide vital aid and support to North Koreans and their children in China.
