“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” (Psalm 147:3)

Our calling in this work is to point the brokenhearted to the only one who can heal their wounds—Jesus Christ.

An Elim House resident recently said, “Every time I share my story, the burden of my heart is relieved.” We thank God for building a community of North Korean refugees, through which burdens are shared. Ultimately, our prayer is that they would find God’s healing and shalom in Jesus, the only one who is able to sympathize with their every hurt and sees every tear.

prayer and partnership

This Giving Tuesday, we ask for your generous investment to keep this vital work going, and of equal necessity, for your fervent prayers. Our goal is to raise $30,000 by December 3rd. Your support ensures we can continue in South Korea and in China, as one of the few Christian organizations sharing the gospel with North Koreans.

Through our women’s shelter, community classes, retreats, special events, and other ways of pointing refugees and their trauma to Jesus, we pray that He would mend their deep wounds.

Thank you for your prayers and financial partnership!
